Setup fee of $40 for each new design. Hazmat shipping on lighters $30 per order. Color matching fee $140.
Local freight charges will depend upon order size and destination. International shipping available.

Prices include 1 color print or precision laser etch in one location.
Prices are subject to change without notice
Our natural products made of wood or bamboo may have minor variations in color and texture from piece to piece.
Production Time: Rapid Run orders of in stock items will ship within 10 business days after approved proof. All other products may vary. See the Additional Information tab for details.

Rush production available on all in stock items for $100.
Production begins after receipt of: 1. Complete purchase order, 2. Payment/credit approval 3. Production-ready artwork 4. Proof Approval
Shipping: FOB Tampa, FL 33619. Multiple drop-ship addresses or split shipments will be charged a $5.00 fee for each additional address.
Repeat Orders: There are no setup fees for exact repeat orders within 2 years of original order. Any art older than 2 years must be resubmitted. Proof approvals required on all orders.

Sample Policy

FREE virtual proofs if we are provided with finished art. Product proofs available by request for a fee.
Service Details:
We will apply a logo or completed artwork to a product image.
Requests are processed within 1-3 business days.
Free service is limited to 2 virtual samples maximum.
Proofs are provided electronically in JPEG format.

Graphic and Print Guidelines

Art requirements: Editable vector art in .EPS, .PDF, .SVG or .AI (any version) formats. Additional fees may apply for handling of other art file types. PMS colors must be indicated for all pad printed orders or we will do best color match. Documents must be print ready and submitted at 100% final size with no additional alteration necessary or fees may apply. Before submitting artwork, convert all text to outlines, paths or curves to ensure exact duplication of type style. Alterations to submitted artwork will delay quoted production times. We reserve the right to delay or reject any order based on the quality of artwork received.

We also reserve the right to make slight alterations to your file to adapt to the required decoration process. Some small shapes and thin lines may not reproduce at the size or thickness submitted. Multicolor close-registration is not available on all products.

Art design, from concept to completion, also available, with pricing dependent upon design complexity.

Typesetting: If a specific font is required, the name of that font must be noted on your purchase order. If we do not have the desired font, the type will be re-set using a standard font or one that matches the desired font as closely as possible.

Trademarks and Logos: Customer assumes full responsibility for legal rights to trademarks and logos used in their orders. All artwork, trademarks, and logos shown in this brochure are for demonstration purposes only and are not intended to represent that the products are endorsed by their respective owners.

Rights to Promotion: Unless otherwise indicated in writing, we reserve the right to use any items produced for catalogs, displays, advertisements, and websites or any other promotional purpose.
