**Custom printed lighter orders include a $40 art setup fee for each new logo. The art setup fee is a one time charge for all new designs.

**Since they are classified as hazardous material, bottle opener lighters must be shipped standard ground. A $30 hazmat charge applies to all lighter orders to cover the additional cost billed by the shipper.
